第一次找工作相关的面试经历

HR面将近17分钟，技术面将近48分钟。总的来说气氛很平和。

先是HR让你介绍一下自己，我问了一下英文还是中文，那个mm说中文，我听错了，说都

可以啊？“用中文！”ft。只好用中文介绍了下自己。然后又问了下我的那个项目，接

着又问有没有经历过TEAM work，讲下自己的心得，期间提了一句结果不怎么好，结果被

bs，说结果不是最重要的...。然后要说下自己对autodesk的认识。接下来又要我用英文

介绍下college life。一下子语塞，结结巴巴了一会儿，说了几句。还有什么问题？结

巴了几句，Can you give me some suggestions? Sorry, subject questions, not

object questions? 又切换到中文，到底招QA还是测试？问技术面官。over
下一关是技术面，等到10：35才打过来，搞得我还以为HR面完后就直接被bs了。一上来

介绍下项目，了解你在里面干了些什么。黑盒白盒？瀑布模型？给个测试用例：计算器

，最大不超过10000，怎么测试，说了会问：到底是输入不能超过10000还是结果不过

10000？你终于想到这个问题了！汗...开始说的比较泛泛，提示：可以用实际例子。开

始我只说了测特殊情况，后提示：普通情况也测。汗...：考虑普通情况，在考虑越界情

况，在考虑小数到底精确到多少位：这个你想的不错！窃喜：原来你没考虑这种情况！

最后问还有没有其他情况，换个角度看问题。想了会没答上来。直接给答案：输入字母

。ft，居然没考虑到。接着问如果你是一个QA，发现了几个bug，而产品马上要发布，咋

办？说了半天没说到点子上，直接给答案：bug严重的话...bug不严重的话...最后问数

据库了解不？no。大二大三学过，之后没怎么接触。Any questions? 招QA还是测试？QA

包含测试。这次招多少？sorry. 我马上说不好意思。最后问：你们7月份可以来吧？应

该是。over
根据技术面官最后一个问题，应该有戏。

dishonesty

I participated in a programming tournament. In the tournament there would be
a T-shirt for every participater, as is the reason I wanted to participated
in it. It allows you to participate in it in your dorm or the lab. So we chose the
lab as our competition site.
My roommates and I are all participaters. We four are absolutely no powerful contesters and our programming is relative poor. And unfortunately we were
not honesty in it. What's more we even didn't think of it as a serious
matter. And with the fluke mind we even didn't realize how serious the result
would be. What a shame!
I inputed some code as what one of my roommate did and copied my code and
sent it to two others. Several days later one of the organizer sent us a
email and told us that we had violated the Use of Term which we had agreed
before participated in. We couldn't participated in it forever. I guess we
have been listed on the blacklist.
However, with my straight-out apology email he/she agreed to lift the embargo
on my ID three months later and I could participate in it again one year
later. I have successfully resolve it!
From this matter I've learned that:
A true man must brave enough to admit his mistake and take the consequences.
A true man must face problem directly and must not escape from it.
If you honesty enough and brave enough and do your best, you can tackle a problem better.

Install a New Grub

If there HAVE BEEN a Linux system you can use command "sudo grub" to

config your grub. Use "root (hdx,y)" and "setup (hdx)" to install a new grub.

By the way, the "Tab" is very useful here.
