something about fullscreen mode of mplayer
/etc/mplayer/mplayer.conf(or ~/.mplayer/config)
If you cannot set it as the fullscreen mode you can add "zoom=yes";
If the CPU or GPU is too slow to match the video signals with the audio signals, e.g. the frame rate is very slow while the sound is OK, you can add "framedrop=yes". Another choice is that press button "d" then you can switch among the three modes: framedropping enabled, framedropping hard, and framedropping disabled. Specifically, when you're in the "framedropping hard" mode, the quality is very bad if the CPU or GPU is in poor performance. I guess, no frame is to be dropped but a frame is not fully processed if there is no time left.
